drugs, CA has a great addiction program...supposedly.

For those with mental illness, they should be sent to DC where the Federal Govt will see the problem and hopefully open mental hospitals to help them.

If someone is diagnosed with an addiction or mental illness, they should be place in a conservatorship until they can prove they are well but should not be in society.

That's my opinion, I am open to better ideas
