I'd start a trip with an EV and gas car leaving at the same time. Clock the
difference in arrival time at the destination. If you make the trip long enough to include a few bathroom breaks and meal or two, you can compare the total time stopped for each vehicle. With an EV you can plan your charges strategically to include that kind of stuff and minimize the extra time breaks. You'll probably want to include the time the EV needs to charge at the destination in the comparison.

Bonus if you use an app like ABRP to compare the actual time traveled vs what the app estimated.
