I am able to break up my work day quite a bit because of meeting schedules. I work with a lot of global teams so my meeting times can vary... sometimes up way before the sun and sometimes meeting after sending the kids to bed. That means that during the day I can check out, run errands, grab lunch, etc. I still work the normal 7-9 hours a day that most work. Mine is just broken up a bit more at times.
