But I work for a company that is all in on WFH so all of the generations are doing it (not including functions that must be present for access to specialized equipment). We still have camaraderie and talking often. Lots of use of 1 on 1 meetings, daily stand ups, etc. I actually do more collaboration in this role than I have in past roles where I sat in an office with colleagues.
