I start in my office on one chair, then another softer chair when I'm not on zoom, then later in the day when I'm doing work that doesn't require thinking (like expense reports or email prospecting), I sit on my comfy couch and turn on a mindless show that I've already watched 6 times (like how I met your mother or family guy). If I'm not using my laptop and I'm on a phone call I'll take off my shirt and sit on the back porch and get some sun while watching for gators in the back yard (Florida).

Part of this is because I have back issues that require me to move a lot. Regardless, I change scenery quite a bit. Of course I have loud kids come in on occasion but people are very understanding of that. Now that so may are WFH, it is understood that kids and dogs and wives making protein shakes will make noise in the background.
