Suicide rates are now the highest since the Great Depression. Suicide rates in

the US went down sharply at the start of WW2 (oddly, suicides usually go down during wars…possibly because young males feel they have a ‘cause’).

Suicide rates aren’t increasing due to social media, or changes in morals. They’re increasing at present because an increasing amount of people feel there’s no hope, psychologically or materially.
