He's presently trying to retain/poach players. I understand (& appreciate) why he ain't thanking BYU right now.
It'll come down the road — when it's a more appropriate time to do so.
I do wonder if there's a bit of bad blood between he & our Ath Dept right now, though. Which comes with the territory. Hopefully after emotions are all settled we can move on in a civil, appreciative way.
