The issue I see is NIL is not sustainable as it is currently structured.
In what world does a player like Aly Khalifa profit off his name image and likeness to the tune of 300k a year? All is a fun player to watch. Seems like an amazing human being and I don’t blame him one bit for seizing the opportunity while it is there. That is life changing money. He is not bringing that much revenue off his name. NIL is not NIL. It is money donated and pay to play. Call it what it is. These collectives are not receiving “value” for cash. They are taking donations and giving it to players for arbitrary postings on twitter and appearances at parties.

It is pay for play.
