that's stupid, before it was against NCAA rules for AD to have that control,
and BYU follows the NCAA rules. so of course BYU AD didn't have that control for past few years. Now with the recent court injunction in the Tennessee case, coaches can work directly with collectives to control how much is offered with whom. That is recent as of a few months ago. Don't be ignorant.
