our system is the best. Yes, frivolous suits are appalling. Of course I have
no idea if the case mentioned in the OP is one of them. My comments are a generalization of my real world experience with these types of cases. If you want to villify me for that and accuse me of having contempt for "ordinary" people then fine but that's not an accurate or honest assessment of anything I've stated.
