Thaw it. If it smells fine then it’s fine.
Luckily we have evolved over time to sense spoiled meat by the smell and taste. Some suggest that from an evolutionary standpoint it’s the main reason we have tastebuds.
If you thaw it and it smells fine then it probably is fine
