I set a goal this year to lose 20 pounds. I figured if I just cut soda
And sugary desserts, candy, etc, as well as limit my carbs from pasta and breads, exercise some portion control at meal time, and drink lots of water each day, add some moderate exercise a few days each week, I should be able to do it. I’m already down 17 pounds. Pretty sure I’ll make my goal and then some. Hasn’t been difficult.
