I do the same thing. I weight myself every morning, track my calories every day. I have had 5lbs swings in a single day.
Over the course of the week it typically won't be more than 6 maybe 7lbs since my diet is essentially the same.

When I finish eating for the day is the biggest factor in what my weight will be in the morning.
