I try to finish my last meal and drinking at 7pm. I brush, floss, and get ready
That part of getting ready for bed done right after dinner. It really helps stop night time cravings and mindless eating that happens at night.

I do the same thing. I weight myself every morning, track my calories every day. I have had 5lbs swings in a single day.
