assume the oncoming vehicles are NOT going to stop, when yielding on a left hand turn, especially at big and busy intersections, so many lives and property would be saved. It’s the #1 most dangerous traffic maneuver.

Also, I can’t agree on any photo cop technology. It crosses the line for me as far as “Big Brother is Watching”. Plus, they are pretty worthless to anyone with even a tiny bit of knowledge on the legal system. They are extremely easy to get out of in most situations and jurisdictions.
