KY is new to the NCAA scene and new to BYU. He probably thought once he and a recruit have a deal, it's done. Not so.
Any deal that KY makes is subject to Admissions, Registrar, what credits transfer, etc.
Young likely doesn't have these processes all down yet.
I think he's going to land some good guys and he may be suffering from CBer like impatience with the academic and administrative bureaucracy.
I expect him to underestimate the time it takes to get his players and coaches approved.
