It’s completely free to DIY and swap a spark plug, coil and fuel injector between Cylinder 2 and Cylinder 1 or others. Clear the code. And see if the old cylinder has no more codes and if the new cylinder has the new codes.
Doing so systematically will help you know exactly what is broken, rather than throwing $1200 at symptoms.
Could be spark plugs, fuel injector, coil pack, or even beyond like timing or timing tensioner, head gasket, or valve adjustment.
On a Honda, if swapping the spark/coil/fuel to another cylinder and doing a reset doesn’t do the trick, then next do a compression test on the coolant system. If it holds pressure per spec, then do a cylinder compression check on each, to spec. YT is your friend, and the tools can be rented for free. If those all hold, then I’d recommend doing a valve job and timing service, if it’s due.
Do you have the engine codes?
Are you able to learn and follow instructions?
Do you want to try DIY? If not, find a real mechanic; not a brake place or line place that lacks proper ability to diagnose.
Also, btw, nothing wrong with zip tying the coil packs or lightning tubes. Keeps it clean and organized if done right.
