How will this work with Title IX?
I don’t really understand the law well, so asking for those who do.
My understanding is that under Title IX schools are required to provide equal scholarships to men’s and women’s programs. With pay involved, is it possible the the law will require something similar with pay?

NIL deals? No. Just paying for play or some revenue sharing makes the most sense. Has nothing to do with NIL.

If those schools can’t run athletic departments in the black while paying athletes, it’s time to close shop or pare down
