NIL deals won’t be affected by this. Any group can still pay any amount of
Money to every athlete.
I’m not convinced this changes much - unless schools can make transferring harder. Promising high school recruits will still make individual NIL deals. Promising players in the portal will also receive lucrative NIL deals.

NIL deals? No. Just paying for play or some revenue sharing makes the most sense. Has nothing to do with NIL.
