I get it, it is super confusing. Fiji Air is saying check in closes at 9:00 Mountain Time. He is in SLC still so can’t
Go to Fiji air to check in. Codeshare partners say they can’t check him in. Online Check in says he needs to contact agent to check in. So he is in limbo and can’t do anything. Doesn’t get to LAX until after 11:00, original flight (separate in connected ticket) was delayed 3 hours in SLC.
