The challenge I have is fresh air swapping. I have a ventilator, but if I run it even for 10 mins/hr my AC can’t keep up

Our house is a new build and pretty tightly sealed up, so we’re probably way over the ideal CO2 levels inside

That was my experience, the biggest factor is how well your house is insulated
