Yep. We have one in Utah. Run it evening or morning when it's in the 60s.

Cools everything down quickly (ours moves ~6,000 CFM @ only ~600 watts) plus it pushes cooler air into the attic to force out warmer air, so everything is starting off cooler at the beginning of the day and takes longer for the heat of the day to start warming the house.

That was my experience, the biggest factor is how well your house is insulated
