Agreed! No discipline. Someone who works within the program just shared with me their schedule in Hawaii for next week. Kalani is essentially giving the players about 4 days to do whatever they want to do. He doesn't get the discipline thing. More interested in being friends with the players than in being the head coach. He is not the guy to be the HC at BYU.
