What was the excuse against Portland State?

Oh wait, that Portland St. team was going to be in the running for the National championship. Why was it that we couldn’t cross midfield against LSU and had a grand total of 91 total offensive yards? LSU was going to be in the playoffs.

Let’s keep filling up the excuse jar for Ty Detmer.
