This kind of short sighted reaction is exactly what destroys the program. Thank goodness we have administrators who will not do this.

Truly have no idea what discipline is or is not happening. It is unlikely any of us do.

The offensive and defensive coordinators make most of the day today decisions. The head coach generally puts the the coordinators in place and allows them to run the day to day with oversight. I tend to think Detmer was given great latitude for the past two seasons. It is probably time to go in a new direction but I do not feel the same about the defense.

If after the next coach we are still in the same predicament that it is the head coach who is adjusted. This is pretty typical.
