The entire offensive staff need to go... all of them. The only exception would be Clark... but even his position he coaches, it's just an odd fit.

Most of the coaches on offense had absolutely no qualifications to be coaching at this level... none of them would have been able to get a job at any other FBS program... the only reason they got the position they got at BYU was because of name, they went to BYU and they are LDS... that was it.

But if we are being completely honest... Tuiaki needs to go as well, and I don't think Sitake has the courage to do it. Kaufusi coached the DL much much better than Tuiaki did this year... Tuiaki only got the position because Sitake promised him it for being loyal to him when he left Utah and told him at some point during that transition that he would be his DC if he ever became a head coach. That kind of an emotional promise is exactly what has put us in the position we are in. Way to much emotion involved and why I don't think Sitake has the guts to let him go, and thus not much will change.

I'd really like to see Paul Peterson come in and be the offensive coordinator. He has done an amazing job where ever he has gone and we need that experience in the program right now.

Defensively, I'd love to see Shaun Nua return and coach our DL or LB's... he's done a really good job at a similar coaching situation at Navy where the talent is not of the likes of most P5's.

There needs to be major changes... a seriously overhaul of the coaches. Lamb and maybe Clark should be the only 2 that survive. We can’t continue to be an arrogant program and think that we can hire like we are filling a primary teaching position and all will be well in Zion. That’s not how this level of football works.

If Sitake does get replaced, you have to strongly consider Jay Hill, although I think he will be up in Logan next year.
