I assumed so, but maybe it's a step further down. Either way, dude has
experience coaching. Logical progression to me would be High School>>>some form of Junior College>>>Division 1 position coach>>>Division 1 coordinator. Obviously it doesn't have to happen like that, but for those who want experience that seems like an acceptable way of getting it. Not likely that position coaches are going to be coaches in the NFL and then come coach a position at BYU or Utah. If that were to happen, then I'd be concerned that the coach sucked really badly in the NFL.
