The one thing that can't be refuted......BJ is not ready as an OC
Whitt took a huge gamble on a 25 year old kid with almost no coaching experience to lead a PAC 12 offense? Stupid, naive, maybe even arrogant to think it would work. The issue he is surely running up against is finding a seasoned OC that is willing to "train" someone. Really? Dan Hawkins, Dennis Erickson, and others that might be interested are not going to want to come and train someone. They are going to want full control of their staffs. They would be stupid not to demand that type of autonomy. If not, they lose out to Whitt's loyalty to BJ eventually.
