I don't make assumptions about income/means

based on the house size. The only point I made related to if you are given $$$ to move and pocket it.

And while dad should be there if he can, it's not always possible. I'm not going to leave a woman and her kids to unpack and more than I would refuse to give a blessing to a guy who doesn't home teach.
