I will point out some position groups that will be better
Receivers: return top guy (Anderson) and #2 guy that played 1 qtr last year (Scott) and play redshirt speedsters = lots better
Running Backs: Return top guy (Poole) and a better new guy (Booker), Radley returns and McCormick is a burner = lots better
OL: Return almost everyone = better by experience alone
DL: lose Reilly and return Orchard and loads of experience, very talented guys will start = wash
LBs: Best player on defense is new guy Gionni Paul (was Miami's #2 tackler) and other starters return = lots better
DBs: Lose McGill, return 3 guys that played a lot and add several promising new guys = wash
QBs: Return 2 year starter and he becomes 2nd string to Kendall Thompson = better (I am hoping for lots better, but that remains to be seen, if Thompson is a sizable upgrade to Wilson and stays healthy the Utes could win 8 games)
