Nobody gets 4.5 hangtime on kickoffs. Especially since they went to the 1 inch

kickoff tee. You might find an exceptional kicker that has a 4.3 second hang time but this would be exceptional. My son kicked in the Big 12 and had one of the biggest legs in the country. During the time he kicked they kicked off from the 30 instead of the 35 and he put plenty of kickoffs out of the end zone.
