Jenkins had unique combination of elite straight line speed and
elite quickness. His one problem was that he was not very big, he wasn't going to move any piles, but give him just a bit of daylight and watch out.
Staley had straight line speed and strength, but was not going to juke anyone.
It's a tough call in my book. You probably have to give it to Staley because of the Doak Walker level numbers.
