Luke then Willis. Willis shied from contact, though.
Both were big, athletic freaks, but I give Luke the edge.
But Willis didn't use his natural power like he could've. Didn't drive through tacklers, & frankly, didn't like to be in the middle of a pile. There wasn't a lot of power to his running.
If Willis had run like Williams, he would've been comparable to Luke perhaps.
