If you look at the last 5 years (really these are fully "his teams" with the players he's recruited) this is what you have:

2010: 7-6
2011: 10-3
2012: 8-5
2013: 8-5
2014: 4-3 (so far)

Outside of 2011 (and don't forget...that was the first year of independence and we played a lot of Idaho, Idaho State, New Mexico State, Utah State, Hawaii, etc.; and it was the year of the 54-10 fiasco in Provo), his record has been pretty pedestrian. Are we really satisfied with 7-6 or 8-5? If that's what we strive for, that's not holding my interest and especially when we lose to the Yewts and Dairy Yewts. Is this the best we can expect from BYU?

Remember in 2011 we went down to Ole Miss and beat them and they had a horrible team? And now, they're 7-0 and ranked #3? How did they turn around a bad team/program and we're still mired in mediocrity?
