a lot more parity in bball than football: Butler, Wichita St, Gonzaga, St Mary's
Georgetown, Seton Hall, Villanova, St Johns, VCU, Dayton, Harvard, St Joe's, Xavier, Mercer, Creighton, DePaul, Providence.
Theses are all extremely competitive teams who get tournament wins. No not all 351are powerhouses, but neither are all 119 in football. If you want to throw out 150 teams, then making the Sweet 16 is the exact percentage equivalent (8%) as the BCS was, or the now playoff +NY6 is. And I can GUARANTEE that the top 200 in basketball are much more competitive top to bottom than the 119 in football.
