Seriously...in no other profession/job that is this highly compensated with obvious, clear cut goals and expectations (repeated by the same job holders) have I ever seen this level of responsibility shirking, finger pointing, excuse making, and overall expectation of never ever being criticized sternly.
I am an anesthesiologist. If I tell my patients and contracted surgeons that it was the technician's fault, that the patients are too sick to have good outcomes, that the system is phenomenal and perfect even though patients keep having strokes or awareness under anesthesia and the ventilator/anesthesia machine just needs to perform at a higher level...well...I can find myself a new job and give up all I've worked for over 12+ years. For all of Bronco's management studies and fascination with delegation, he stinks at it. He's been horrible at hiring for over a decade and continues to make the same bone headed mistakes. All of the good hires for assistants? Offensive side...
