This is what keeps getting glossed over by Bronco Supporters.

He's been head coach for 10 years. We haven't even sniffed a BCS bowl game by seasons end in 10 years. 10 years is plenty of time to draw a conclusion about his potential as a coach. As great as he has been for the program, we clearly see what his ceiling is.
