The last few years have been worse due to OL and lack of consistency of QB.
The OL is clearly improving. The QB situation is still unknown. The head coach is ultimately responsible and he has taken action in replacing the entire offensive coaching staff. The fact that the O has sustained the losses that it has and still has performed well suggests it is on a better track.
