RE: I'd rather Bronco teach young men to be football players personally.
If every high school and college football player had a real chance to have a pro football career then I would agree, but when the average pro career is about three years, and only about three percent of college players make the pros I think Bronco is doing what he's supposed to, while simultaneously putting together a pretty good team.
