It really is as bad as that. It's dominated by the whiners and it has really become pathetic. The mods have decided not to enforce a lot of the rules of the board in regard to the whining and complaining and the campaigning; but, in fairness, they have their hands full with all of it that goes on. I still think cougarboard can be really useful for some things though, so I still come here more often than I should. I just don't have to see the football category unless it makes the front page.
