Biggest disappointment for me this season;

Besides the injuries of course. How undisciplined the team was most of the year. I don't think I've ever seen so many stupid penalties that cost us so much. I really believe stupid penalties cost us 1-2 games.

Hopefully Bronco can clean that up in the offseason.
