Our time in independence has been wasted in my opinion. No momentum at all. Zero. The program is stuck on the outside of a black hole and is struggling not to get sucked back into G5 status.

Depth, talent, competitiveness, improvement have all been lacking. What has been going on the past four years? What is the plan? I don't see it.
