That has failure written all over it. Why would you be ok with something you know will most likely cause issues just because the issues haven't happened yet? Does the word "prevent" mean anything?

Also, you can't really say there weren't any negative repercussions before now. What makes you so sure? Since when are penalties NOT problems? Since when is a coach shrugging them off not sending a message to players about what is ok with their habits and what is wrong? How can you suggest nothing bad has happened until this year? It's been a slow cancer for quite a while. I think that's obvious.
