Interesting... and probably reality
I've posted my thoughts on this before and I'll say it again (briefly)...
I too support BYU Athletics in the context of our inherent limitations in recruiting, scheduling, funding, etc. I will always love BYU.
However, for those of us who witnessed a national championship, a Heisman, and perennial beat-downs against our rivals, the new reality is not an easy transition. Tom H, Bronco, Pres Worthen et al are allowing us to absorb this message slowly. We will always have sports at BYU, but we will not contend for national championships in the major sports.
