If athletic inferiority is somehow the result of religious affiliation, how does BYU Rugby do so well, so consistently. BYU can obviously get very talented, very physical athletes (even without scholarships). If missions destroy a man's athleticism, shouldn't RM ruby players be athletically inferior? Wouldn't track and field athletes be basically worthless after their service?
I was bigger, faster and stronger after my mission. For most guys I know (except the big eaters/bad exercisers who gained a ton of weight) the same holds true.
