Williams had better Freshmen and Sophomore years than Brown, but Brown was VERY

good his Junior and Senior years - both of which were better than Jamaal's best season to date when you factor in his pass-catching ability/numbers. Jamaal does have the potential to pass up Brown on this list with a big year next year, but he's not quite there yet.
