Of course there are plenty of exceptions to the stereotypes in every age demographic. Also, I think this sketch is more reflective of the later millennials than the earlier. I have had plenty of employees that fall into this generation that are salt of the earth type people and hard workers to boot. Recently I've noticed more of this type of behavior though.
