It is a broad brush, but this Video struck a chord with me today. When you do
run into a bad experience with a millennial, it's crazy how accurate the stereotypes are. Entitlement, expecting a silver platter, seeing success of Gen X'ers or Baby Boomers and expecting to get the same success simply over night.....I ended up watching a lot of the other suggested videos and appreciate some of the counterpoints...but unfortunately I feel like the brush doesn't have to be that broad to cover most millennials.

**Rant. One (of many) experiences I had during a business start up with a Millennial: Me - "Well, since you are so confident about investing 1 months worth of salaries for a 4 man sales team, why don't you finally fork up some money or I just stop paying you a paycheck from a company not getting any revenue yet?" (Millennial wanted equity in the company). Millennial - "But, but that's MY money". No joke. I guess they thought that the paychecks that my other company was paying him came from the magic money tree growing in my back yard.
