It is.
Admissions to the program are pretty stiff compared to the rest of campus, but as long as you've got a great GPA with that associates degree, you should be fine I think. I have a friend who transferred into the program with an associates, so it's definitely possible.
Also, I think it's worth it to try, anyway. The program is very well recognized, and you get great experience to prepare you for your career.
