Agree with all except Eagle Scout part
It helps but not weighted any heavier than other extracurricular achievements.
By the way, relative to the OP, I am a BYU grad, my wife went to BYU and we have a daughter who just graduated from BYU. A son on a mission will attend BYUH after his mish and I have teenagers who I wish would get the BYU experience but don't stand a chance unless miracles drop straight from Heaven.
